Overview: LDD Easton Ridge Management, Inc. is the development, sales and marketing manager for Suncadia, LLC d/b/a Suncadia Real Estate Sales Company. This position's primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors to the Real Estate Office, and to assist the Sales Operations Director and Real Estate Team with real estate contracts, sales reporting and other office duties. Duties will include extensive work within the database, Propertybase, clerical support to the sales and marketing staff including compiling reports, filing, and assistance with special projects. This position requires the ability to maintain a positive, professional manner in a busy and/or changeable office atmosphere. Employee shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. Employee will be responsible for exemplifying the Suncadia Resort Culture. Hourly Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 DOE Schedule: 5-days per week, rotating weekends * There's no place like Suncadia. Join us and enjoy the benefits of being on our team. * Perks: Enjoy free golf, discounts on resort retail and food & beverage, and more! * Travel is good for the soul: Experience destinations around the country with team member hotel discounts * Growth: Opportunities for internal career growth and expansion * Celebrate: Monthly team member gatherings, quarterly events, and the legendary Team Member Golf Tournament * Be Part of the Magic: Trust us, seeing a first-time guest take in our Cascade views never gets old * Some benefits may vary based on job classification Responsibilities: TRANSACTIONAL: * Update weekly reporting with new sales and closing activity * Maintain the accuracy of the department goals wall display as transactions occur * Provide in-the-moment support and assisted learning for the sales team with new worksheets and offers * Check Transaction Desk email inbox for changes or updates in transactions and update those changes in Propertybase * Assist with real estate developer contracts and ensure all contractual data is entered in Propertybase and saved to legal files on R-Drive * Pick up and drop off paperwork, contracts, checks, etc to/from escrow company as needed * Audit MLS feed into Propertybase, adjusting fields as necessary * Other CRM or MLS duties as required such as data scrubs or listing audits, or the like FRONT DESK: * Greet the public and owners in a professional, service-oriented manner * Answer multi-line telephone system, take messages or refer calls to the appropriate person and/or voice mail * Enter, process, assign leads through Propertybase that are not automatically delegated per SOPs * Manage agent floor rotation per SOPs and track agent appointments * Check & process inquiry emails in Discover.com inbox, creating new leads or updating existing leads as necessary. OFFICE ADMIN: * Responsible for distribution of real estate materials throughout the property * Assist with owner gift program or other marketing initiatives, as necessary * Help coordinate real estate events, as necessary * Assist agents with Home Tour or Open House materials in advance of weekend business * Maintain the front of house public areas in an orderly and professional manner * Other general office duties as required like filing, copying and routing * Must be able to work weekends Qualifications: * High School graduate or equivalent * 2 years of college level business courses or combined school/work experience preferred * People Person - must possess a professional, upbeat, positive & fun presentation with strong motivation to provide exceptional customer service * Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, demanding work environment; must be able to multi-task * Must have excellent organizational skills * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Publisher * Must be proficient in CRM software applications and reporting functions * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and to create short correspondence and memos * Ability to work as a team-player, accept assignments from multiple individuals and be a self-starter * Must have reliable transportation * Experience with Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) * Previous real estate office setting preferred * Previous real estate business experience preferred SuncadiaResort
