Compensation: $97,300 - $227,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal * Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision * Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements * Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data * Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth Qualifications: * A valid Real Estate License is required for this job, or the motivation to get one * Some knowledge of marketing and advertising * Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient About Company At Engel & Volkers, our passion is exceeding client expectations, so it's only natural we align ourselves with exceptional real estate professionals to serve clients across the globe.
