LISTING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a fun and detail-oriented Listing Manager for a fast-paced, top-producing real estate team. The listing manager assists a real estate agent in listing a home for sale. They are responsible for preparing listing agreements, procuring signatures for required documents and inputting and overseeing listings in the MLS. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to learn the real estate process from the ground up! Listing Management Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service * Establish a solid relationship with Sellers, be available to answer their questions and explain the process as necessary * Work with internal team and Sellers to facilitate home improvements, decluttering, cleaning, home inspections, lockbox access, staging and professional photography * Coordinate the preparation and execution and accuracy of all listing documents * Order home warranties and for sale signs * Write listing features and descriptions for the MLS * Research property information required for listing completion * Ensure accuracy of the MLS listing and supporting documentation * Prepare listing promotional materials including creation of brochures and flyers * Obtain information and documentation such as floor plans, plats of survey, upgrades/updates and HOA information for each property to put on MLS * Create virtual tours using Tour Factory and Matterport 3-D technology Ideal Skills and Experience * Dedication to excellent customer service * Rapid response and follow up * Impeccable attention to detail * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to multitask and prioritize daily duties * Calm under pressure * Ability to work at a fast pace Must have a valid US driver 's license!
