ELEVATE HOME WARRANTY JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE PHOENIX, AZ Territory " " " " " ' . Purpose: To introduce EHW to the Phoenix, Arizona territory and maximize the number of new home warranties ordered through EHW. This will be accomplished by building relationships with Realtors, Escrow officers and other industry professionals by educating them on the home warranty industry, EHW brand and products. The Territory: Phoenix, Arizona Job Duties: Setting New Order and productivity goals and then planning, organizing, and executing a plan to make these goals a reality. Communicating these goals and progressing towards these goals with the EHW team. Planning: Create measurable and specific new order and productivity goals. Develop specific plans to ensure new order goal accomplishment. Participate in a Monday morning marketing meeting/call to discuss progress towards monthly goals, discuss current marketing campaigns, and express needs or wants, brief sales training. Organization: Review sales territory Geographic's and potential client targets to ensure daily activities are efficient. Use and manage your daily calendar efficiently. Manage your monthly marketing budget wisely and only spend where there is a return. Teamwork: Build effective teamwork amongst EHW team members and commit to doing whatever it takes to accomplish the overall goals of the team. Collaborate together to create success! Communication: Report weekly activities to your manager through provided reporting tools. Review weekly activities in Monday morning meeting/call. If you don't know the answer. Ask. If you need help, reach out. Promptly and appropriately respond to all internal client email and text messages. Answer cellphone as often as possible (even after hours), while being courteous to current client commitments. Respond to voicemails promptly. Respond promptly to internal requests and emails. Preparing: Create, memorize and rehearse group sales presentations for different audiences. Create, memorize and rehearse a one on one sales presentation. Participate in a minimum of 3 group presentations monthly. (i.e. Real Estate Sales Meetings, Property Tours, Association functions, etc.) Visit a minimum of 40 offices per week. Personally present EHW to 120 Realtors and Escrow Officers per week. Follow up with 60 outbound calls per week. Add all one on one presentation prospects as FB friends, Linked In, etc. Post updates on personal FB daily. (Good mix of personal and business) This is so you become REAL to your clients. (We will use the EHW Facebook page for sales opportunities, company promotions, etc.) Develop a database of contacts. Use this database to plan out your weekly marketing, calls, site visits, lunches, etc. Send Bi-Weekly email blasts to your database. Don't be a "GOMO" (translation-someone just going through the motions) with any of these activities. Consistent and meaningful contact is KEY to building your business! Reporting Structure : This position reports to the Sales Manager every Monday morning. Items Reported: -New Orders, Completed Orders, Group Presentations, Office Visits, One on One Presentations, Phone calls. Time Management: Sales Visits / Phone Calls 70% Follow up 20% Planning 10% Sub Categories: Group Presentations, Office visits, 1-on-1 presentations, email blasts, direct mail, social media, and phone calls.
