Your Role as a Sales Associate You're the face of the studio. The first impression. The connector. The closer. You'll be the driving force behind membership growth and community engagement--delivering an unforgettable experience from the first "hello" to long-term member loyalty. What You 'll Do Sales & Membership Growth

• Lead the full sales cycle--from first contact to membership close
• Give engaging studio tours that capture the spirit of Rumble
• Drive sales through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and walk-ins
• Promote memberships, classes, and retail with passion and authenticity
• Book high-quality appointments and build lasting relationships Customer Experience & Retention
• Deliver world-class customer service--every single time
• Create personal connections that make members feel seen and supported
• Foster a high-energy, welcoming environment that members love Community Engagement & Brand Expansion
• Represent Rumble at local events and community gatherings
• Build B2B relationships with nearby businesses and health professionals
• Support social media engagement and help generate local buzz Studio Operations & Teamwork
• Keep the studio spotless, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with equipment upkeep and retail restocking
• Participate in team trainings, meetings, and events
• Continuously improve your sales game and Rumble knowledge What We 're Looking For
• A motivated, goal-oriented sales pro who thrives on smashing targets
• A people person who builds genuine relationships and earns trust quickly
• High energy, positive attitude, and a strong sense of team spirit
• Passion for fitness and the power of movement
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and community events
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with studio upkeep
