Join Our Mission to Help Clients Look & Feel Their Best We are a fast- growing, high-performing medical spa in Golden, Colorado, and we're hiring a Licensed Esthetician and*Laser Technician* with a passion for results and a strong sales mindset. What You'll Do: * Perform advanced treatments: Laser Hair Removal, IPL, RF Microneedling, Tattoo Removal, DiamondGlow, Skin Tightening, and more * Conduct detailed consultations and drive product/treatment sales * Build long-term, trust-based client relationships * Support events and marketing efforts What We 're Looking For: * CO Esthetician License & Laser Certification * Strong sales and consultation experience * High energy, integrity, and a kind heart This is a sales position Apply With: answering: * What's your secret sauce? * What's most important to you as an employee? * What's your life mission?
