Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products and services. * Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads and convert them into scheduled appointments. * Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to prospective customers. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments using Salesforce or similar software. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide necessary information for successful follow-ups. * Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales or appointment generation, preferably in technology sales. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. * Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally. * Experience with outbound calling strategies, including warm calling techniques. * A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to team success.
