Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in a floor covering store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and ensure products are displayed attractively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. * Supervise junior staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. * Communicate promotional offers and product information clearly to customers. Experience * Previous experience in a sales role. * Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. * Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is advantageous but not mandatory.
