Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in a floor covering store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
• Supervise junior staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate promotional offers and product information clearly to customers. Experience
• Previous experience in a sales role.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
