Job Title: Tree Work Salesperson Location: Lake Worth, FL Job Type: Full-Time Description: We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Tree Work Salesperson to join our team in Lake Worth. This role involves meeting with residential and commercial clients, evaluating tree care needs, and providing professional estimates for services such as trimming, removals, and stump grinding. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of tree care practices, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities: * Meet with clients on-site to assess tree care needs and recommend services * Provide accurate, detailed estimates in a timely manner * Educate clients on tree health, safety risks, and service options * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers * Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and close sales * Work closely with operations team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed as promised * Maintain knowledge of industry practices, pricing, and competition in the Lake Worth area * Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements: * Experience in tree service, landscaping, or related field (sales experience preferred) * Knowledge of tree species, pruning techniques, and removal procedures * Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits: * Commission * Flexible schedule * Company leads and support * Opportunity for growth within the company * Health benefits available Email us Download Application
