This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze client information effectively. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products for clients. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and community outreach, to generate new business. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance offerings. * Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding their insurance policies. * Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to offer the best advice to clients. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Experience * Previous experience in outside sales or insurance sales is preferred. * Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable, as this will enhance communication with diverse client bases. * Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, showcasing strong interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. * Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on building rapport over the phone.
