The successful candidates will be responsible for the daily needs of the company's clientele, including ensuring clients are satisfied with their products or services. The position requires a commitment to delivering world-class service and exceptional skills in handling incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries.

Responsibilities

:

• Answer customer questions about the company's products and services.
• Present new Products To Customers
• Prepare and maintain documentation for customers.
• Answer customer questions about their accounts.
• Relay customer information to other departments as needed.
• Effectively communicate with customers in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Answer customer questions about financial products.
• Coordinate activities with co-workers and third parties. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
