Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and personable Sales Design Consultant to join our showroom team. In this role, you will be the face of the Harmony brand-- guiding clients through a tailored design experience, understanding their needs, and helping them bring their vision to life with our exclusive collection. Ideal candidates have a flair for design, strong interpersonal skills, and a consultative approach to sales. Key Responsibilities: * Greet clients in the showroom and build strong relationships through exceptional customer service. * Understand client preferences, lifestyle, and spatial needs to recommend suitable design solutions. * Provide expert knowledge of product lines, materials, customization options, and design trends. * Create floor plans and design presentations using digital tools or sketches when needed. * Follow up with clients throughout the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to delivery. * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. * Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach strategies to expand the customer base. Qualifications: * Proven experience in luxury retail, interior design, or furniture sales preferred. * Strong communication and active listening skills. * Aesthetic eye for design, color, and space planning. * Comfortable working with design software and tools (Miro). * Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. * Weekend availability is required when needed.
