Competitive Pay - $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience Career Growth & Advancement Comprehensive Benefits (medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance) 401(k) Retirement Plan Incentive Plans & Referral Bonuses Paid Training Your Responsibilities: * Drive sales of used trucks through high-volume phone calls, prospecting new customers, and building lasting relationships. * Guide customers in selecting the best truck for their needs with in-depth product knowledge. * Utilize our CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. * Assist in the preparation and delivery of trucks to ensure a smooth experience for every customer. * Engage with customers post-sale to build repeat business and ensure satisfaction. What We 're Looking For: * Strong sales & customer service skills. * Knowledge of trucks and their features. * Ability to manage high call volumes. * Valid driver's license (CDL required within 6 months). * 5 years of previous experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
