We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Operations Manager to join our team! You will oversee the operations of a 25-person sales team to drive company revenue. Experience with NetSuite and B2B sales is required. Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities * Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team * Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement * Track results of team and individual performance * Engage with Sales Reps to increase sales and market penetration * Build and form new partnerships with potential clients Qualifications: * BBA + 5-Years of Experience (or) MBA + 3-Years of Experience * Experience as a Supervisor or Manager in Sales role * Expert with NetSuite CRM, Microsoft Teams, and AI Tools * Strong leadership qualities * Ability to build rapport with clients About Ace Industries, Inc.: Ace Industries, Inc., founded in 1932, is one of the largest and most diversified overhead crane and hoist distribution, manufacturing, and service companies in the United States.
