What You 'll Do As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our brand, working directly with clients to bring their vision to life. Your day-to-day will include: * Conducting in-home consultations to understand clients' needs, style preferences, and functional requirements. * Taking accurate measurements (don't worry, we'll train you!) to ensure a flawless installation. * Presenting and upselling from our wide range of window treatments--blinds, shades, curtains, outdoor shades, and more. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. * Collaborating with our design team to stay ahead of the latest trends and product innovations.
