Responsibilities * Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers * Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology Qualifications * You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales. * Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions. * Proficient in prospecting and generating leads. * Naturally adept at handling objections. * Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service. * Collaborative team member. * Holds a valid real estate license. * Excellent in both written and spoken communication. * Eager to learn and focused on growth. * Highly organized. * Open to learning scripts and dialogues. * Outstanding time management abilities. * Prior industry experience is a plus.
