Responsibilities

:

• Guide clients through buying and selling processes with expertise and care
• Prepare, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Conduct market analysis and pricing strategies using MLS tools
• Market listings through open houses, online platforms, and social media
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other real estate partners
• Manage contracts, disclosures, and compliance documents
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
• Deliver 5-star service that earns repeat and referral business
