What kind of Experience do you need: * Intrinsically motivated to succeed, a mindset of failure is not an option! * No fear of technology-well versed is preferred. * Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred. * Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and processes is advantageous (but not necessary, as we do this for you to a certain extent). * Strong organizational skills. * Bi-lingual is extremly helpful and multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. * A solid understanding of real estate law is a huge plus. * Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests during transactions.
