Lifestyles Realty Georgia, INC is seeking single-family and multifamily investment sales specialist who are driven individuals and are interested in joining an active team in our new locations.

Job Description

• Present & sell investment opportunities to Real Estate Investors, provided by firm.
• Negotiate contracts and possess knowledge of the process through to closing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment.
• Identify investment opportunities within the market.
• Understand and prepare underwriting packages for investment real estate.
• Demonstrate Professional and Technical Competencies to include: Ability to work independently and stay motivated along with strong work ethic. Posses real estate competency.
