Your goal will be to build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. * Collaborate with insurance agents and other internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery. * Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction. * Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging needs. * Manage and track service requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a customer service or relationship management role within the insurance industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client issues. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
