Position Summary Sales Associates reach out daily to existing TMS customers that may have a benefit for refinancing their home. You will deliver transfers to a TMS strategic partner who will work with the customer on their financing needs. Duties and Responsibilities * Make 400+ outbound calls daily to TMS customers to engage them on potentially refinancing their home mortgage * Answer 15-20 inbound calls daily * Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information * Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and overcome objections by understanding their goals and interests * Transfer interested consumers * Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers * Maintain quality customer service at all times by following all company established protocols and articulate service options and resolutions to TMS borrowers Position Qualifications * Test KPI(S) * 400+ outbound calls daily * 14% contact rate * 10+ transfers daily * 38% contact to transfer rate Reporting Relationships * Directions Received: Receives general guidance and direction from the SVP, Retail Strategic Initiatives * Direction Given: None Working Conditions Office Position
