Customer Service and Sales Representative This is an in-person (not social media or digital) position. About Us: We are committed to providing excellent products and services to our customers. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer needs in a professional and friendly manner. * Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend products or services that best suit them. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively advise customers. * Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. * Manage customer feedback and follow up on complaints to ensure satisfaction. * Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. * Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
