Business Relationship & Development Representative W. Silver Recycling, Inc., is one of the nation's leading metals recyclers, with a presence covering the Southwest United States and Mexico. W. Silver Recycling has been operating for over 100 years servicing the unique recycling by-product needs of manufacturers in the southwest United States and Mexico. We are seeking a Business Relationship & Development Representative for our growing organization. This unique position canvasses for new business opportunities in promoting our long-term metals recycling program to organizations generating metal scrap. Responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales techniques, exposure to commodities buying and superior customer relations experience. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long- term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. General Duties & Responsibilities Sales - Initiate new business prospects (Tucson, AZ & Nogales, MX) Client interface; Customer Relations & Support Proposal preparation and presentation Closing of deal Update sales pipeline regularly Make weekly visits to assigned accounts and one follow up phone call to either the main contact and/or the staff in charge of handling the scrap. Understanding what current commodities each assigned account generates Reporting Ability to travel as needed Other Duties as assigned Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license and possess a US passport to travel to Mexico when needed.
