Full description of the position

LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE MUST LIVE LOCALLY. LEE COUNTY FLORIDA. Busy and fast-growing HVAC seeking to add another Residential Sales position to our family-owned company. We need a resourceful person with initiative and a good work ethic to join our team.

  • On-Call: 1 weekend every 6 weeks & 1 weekday each week.
  • Family Oriented.
  • Perform annual maintenance on Residential A/C units.
  • Evaluate condition of units, ductwork, etc.
  • Provide estimates.
  • Minor repairs such as replacing capacitors, transformers, thermostats, adding refrigerant, modules, UV Systems, etc.
  • Must have Driver License with good background.
  • Have all proper tools for the job. Health Insurance Available Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $225,000.00 per year
