Sales Supervisor Job Details: * Provides day to day direction of duties as performed by designated sales staff * Directs the daily performance of sales staff duties * Establish sales staff goals and incentives for product utilization * Monitor performance of sales staff on their achievement of goals and incentive objectives * Direct client product promotions and sets * Identify and report non-compliant performance in regards Standards of Conduct and other Company policies to Sales Director. * Direct personnel time and attendance compliance including the identification of non-complaint patterns and behavior and corrective action processes * Manage inventory control processes with sales staff effectively * Participate in and conduct periodic training for Department employees on topics such as new policies, inventory cost management, product standards, or operational processes, and others * Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner * Monday through Friday with occasional nights and weekends as business demands * 55k-65k base + commissions and potentials / year Job Qualifications: * Knowledge of the distributor industry as well as core competency in account development and promotions * Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public * Previous experience managing or supervising sales staff * Can demonstrate outstanding presentation and persuasive sales abilities * Professional individual who can demonstrate strong leadership * Has outstanding communication skills * Performance development and goal orientated accountability skills * Leads by example, can-do/will-do attitude * Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds * Pre-employment drug testing and background check required * Acceptable motor vehicle record, reliable transportation and minimum required liability insurance per company standards Benefits: * Free product every month: beer, wine, Red Bull, Non-alcoholic beverages * Discount on Hayden's products * Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans * Company paid life insurance and STD * Paid holidays and PTO packages * Referral bonuses * 401(k) with Match * 529 Education Savings Plan with match (up to $4k) * Gym membership reimbursement * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Perks at Work Discount Program * Safe Ride Home Program About Hayden: Hayden Beverage Co. is a rapidly growing beverage distribution company headquartered in Boise, ID, with 600+ employees in Idaho, Eastern Washington and Montana.
