Overview

: As an Insurance Sales Producer, you'll be the front line of our agency-- building relationships, identifying client needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. We provide the tools and training to help you succeed. You bring the drive to grow.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and generate new business through leads, networking, and referrals
• Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
• Meet sales targets and performance goals
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members and participate in agency events and initiatives

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Must obtain required state insurance license(s) before a formal offer of employment is extended (training resources and guidance available) Why Work for Us?
