Sun Driven Solar is one of the fastest growing local solar companies in Boise. With a tremendous amount of growth comes a tremendous new opportunity. We are looking for an experienced sales manager that can help us build while leading from the front, recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a sales team to hit and exceed goals.

• We are a group of down to earth people that work hard and play hard. Occasionally you will find us kicking back and laughing hitting a few golf balls at top golf. The compensation package includes a commissions based on revenue generated, bonuses, and overrides which are projected to be in the $80,000 to $150,000 range.

Requirements

:

• Live in the Treasure Valley
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new door to door sales consultants
• Develop a deeply rooted and fun sales culture focused on growth
• Keep track of sales metrics and numbers using our software and tools
• Quality management for the integrity of the companies sales

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of door to door sales management experience
• Recruiting and hiring experience in the sales industry
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willing to work with the leadership team to help drive the company forward
• Outstanding communication skills
• Must have a passion for leadership Comp Structure
• 10% of revenue generated for Self-Gen sales
• 3% of revenue overrides on your team's production
