Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative role Include: * Conduct outbound warm calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products and services. * Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through excellent customer service * Identify and qualify leads and generate new business opportunities. * Meet or exceed sales targets and goals every month. * Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques. * Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products. Requirements: * Obtain new sales opportunities through cold call organizing outreach to potential new customers (mailers, newsletters, etc.) * Provided sales team support, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed. * Possible on-site visits to discuss chemical products. * Ability to host Team/Zoom-style meetings with potential customers. * Potential for growth to Outside Sales * In-office job with possible site visits. * Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty. * Follow up with current customers to ensure all needs are being met. * Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer * Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership * Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates * Fluent in Spanish is a plusWestport Pools
