You'll be the go-to contact for our clients and field workforce across the greater Denver area. What You 'll Do Sales & Client Growth * Drive new business by identifying and contacting potential clients to promote our staffing solutions. * Communicate the value of our services, confidently close deals, and meet monthly sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. * Track and report sales activities and pipeline progress. Field Dispatch & Coordination * Match field employees with job assignments based on client needs, worker skills, and availability. * Communicate job details clearly to workers, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely placement. * Manage daily schedules and respond to last-minute changes with agility and professionalism. Administrative & Organizational Support * Maintain accurate records of job assignments, client interactions, and staffing schedules. * Support the team with office tasks like data entry, filing, and compliance tracking. * Ensure all staffing meets company, legal, and safety standards. * Deliver top-tier service to clients, resolving inquiries or issues with a solutions-first mindset. What You Bring * Experience : 2+ years in dispatch, sales, customer service, or administrative roles--ideally in staffing or a fast-paced service industry. * Communication : Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills. * Problem-Solving : Quick thinker with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and resolve issues efficiently. * Tech Savvy : Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling or CRM platforms. * Organization : Detail-oriented with a knack for staying on top of deadlines and logistics. * Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
