Job Title: Wellness Sales & Sauna Attendant Type of Position: Part-Time Compensation: $20/hr + Commission + Bonus + Free Infrared Sauna Membership + Paid Training beem Light Sauna RiNo is Denver's modern destination for red light and infrared sauna therapy. We're seeking a reliable, wellness-minded individual to join our team in a hybrid Wellness Sales Associate / Sauna Attendant role. This position will alternate between dedicated front desk/sales shifts and studio support/sauna attendant shifts depending on the studio's needs. This role combines customer service, sales, and front desk responsibilities, with studio support and suite turnover tasks. Shifts are assigned based on studio needs and may focus on either Wellness Sales or Sauna Attendant duties. Primary Responsibilities: * Customer Service & Front Desk Operations * Welcome guests and members with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm * Guide members to their private infrared sauna or red light therapy suite and get them properly set up for their session * Manage check-ins, appointment scheduling, account updates, payments, and general inquiries * Respond to phone, text, and email communications clearly and promptly * Maintain accurate records of client activity, membership changes, and studio traffic using internal systems * Sales & Membership Conversion * Conduct in-studio tours and communicate the value of red light therapy and infrared sauna confidently * Promote and sell beem membership packages (pre-set, not custom) and retail wellness products * Follow up with prospective members to support membership conversions * Support in-studio campaigns, events, and promotional efforts * Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through a consultative, member-first approach * Studio Support & Suite Turnover * Maintain clean facility and studio appearance during operating hours * Refresh sauna suites between guest appointments, including sanitizing and resetting towel stock * Fold/roll towels and maintain towel supply inventory * Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and high-touch studio surfaces * Restock supplies and maintain order in the back room and supply closet * Remove trash and recycling daily and log any damaged towels Who You Are: * Passionate about wellness and eager to provide a best-in-class experience * Comfortable with sales and confident discussing wellness benefits, memberships, and product features * Friendly, dependable, and professional with strong communication skills * Able to stay organized, multitask, and maintain focus in a fast-paced studio * Previous experience in wellness, fitness, spa, retail, or hospitality is helpful--but not required Why Join the beem Team?
