• Career growth opportunities What you will do: As a Plumbing Sales Specialist, this position is ideal for someone who is looking to get into the home service industry in a sales capacity, no plumbing experience required! We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service while learning about plumbing.
• Perform annual inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
• Develop expertise in our maintenance procedures and drive sales by offering customized solutions that address each customer's needs
• Identify and resolve issues related to leaks, clogs, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing components
• Conduct preventive maintenance to mitigate potential problems and extend the lifespan of plumbing systems
• Conduct safety inspections of plumbing installations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Use testing equipment to evaluate water pressure, flow rates, and quality of water
• Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and necessary repairs or upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs performed, in our trade software - Service Titan - training provided! What you need:
• Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• At least 1 year of outside sales experience required
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Superb customer service skills
