Masonry and Stone Materials Supplier looking for Account Manager/ Sales Associate JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. You will report directly to the General Manager of the company and work closely with the Marketing team to provide customer service to clients and businesses, as well as establish vendor relations with manufacturers and other suppliers. Administrative tasks will include managing customer accounts and updating customer information, providing product samples, and many other support tasks. In the sales aspect you will take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate will need to research and be familiar with new construction trends, technologies, equipment etc. RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction * Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer's problem * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales * Reach out to customer leads through personal meetings and cold calling * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Work closely with the Marketing team to execute sales/marketing strategy * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports * Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services * Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends * Continuously improve through feedback REQUIREMENTS Continue * General understanding of the principles of sales * Experience with customer service * Strong communication skills * Excellent knowledge of MS Office * Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback * Construction experience preferred * Language skills preferred * BS/BA degree or equivalent' prefferred 'Additional Compensation: * Commission Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period may apply * Only full-time employees eligible Paid Training: * Yes Management: * Ops Manager Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Remotely * Yes Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: * Denver, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations
