Job Overview Train Denver is on the hunt for a Sales Director who's ready to drive explosive growth , change lives , and become a core part of the most empowered fitness community in Denver. This isn't a desk job. It's a mission-driven role for someone who's as obsessed with health and performance as they are with hitting sales goals. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management. Who You Are: * You LOVE fitness and live the lifestyle. You must join the gym and workout in classes. * You're a natural closer -- confident, persuasive, relentless in the best way. * You understand busy parents, professionals, and people who are intimidated by gyms -- and know how to speak their language. * You don't wait for leads. What You'll Do: * Own lead generation and sales follow-ups from start to finish. * Close memberships with energy, empathy, and clarity. * Manage the full sales pipeline: phone calls, texts, emails, walk-ins, and DMs. * Work closely with coaches to understand client goals and how to present the right solutions. * Track and hit weekly/monthly KPIs (leads, consults, closes). * Attend community events, meetups, and outreach opportunities. * Be the face of Train Denver -- leading with professionalism and passion.
