Outside Sales Representative Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt. Compensation: * Base Salary: $54,000 - $60,000 + Commission & Bonus Opportunities. * On-Target Earnings: $70,000 - $100,000 annually. Job Description: Zofo is seeking a proactive and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our market presence, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will focus on developing key accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen Zofo's positioning in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Management: * Develop key accounts and regional distributors, driving product listings and optimizing in-store displays for enhanced visibility. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely payments and monitoring sales target progress. * Oversee the placement of promotional materials, ensuring brand standards are consistently met. * Track sales deviations and implement strategies to exceed targets while driving repeat purchases. Marketing & Brand Representation: * Support the execution of marketing campaigns, manage public relations efforts, and enhance Zofo's brand image. * Ensure successful implementation of brand initiatives, including new product launches and inventory management. * Gather consumer feedback to provide valuable insights for product improvements and marketing strategies. * Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the industry. Qualifications & Requirements: * Experience: 2-3 years of field marketing experience within industries such as e-cigarettes, consumer electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) preferred. * Education: Bachelor's degree required. * Skills: Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and negotiation abilities. * Business Growth: Ability to proactively expand business with assigned clients.
