Job Summary We are seeking hardworking and committed door-to-door (D2D) sales representatives for our home service business. No prior experience is required, strong communication and customer service skills are highly beneficial. (MUST be willing and able to commute to the location listed above. must be 18 year or older (some exceptions may be made for 17 years old) Responsibilities * Sell window cleaning and pressure washing services to homeowners in upper-middle-class neighborhoods. * Learn and use provided sales scripts, including strategies to handle objections and close sales effectively. * Schedule service appointments with homeowners using the Homebase app. * Track your door-knocking activity using the Homebase app for accountability and organization. * Work as a 1099 contractor and choose your own hours or as a full-time W2 employee with set expectations. * Have fun and earn more as you sell more! (No limit) Training and Support We offer training, including: * Sales scripts and objection handling techniques. * Hands-on guidance in using and navigating the Homebase app for scheduling and tracking progress. * Ongoing support to ensure your success in the role. Pay Information Commission-Only Option (1099 Contractor): * Start at 25% commission per sale. * Increase to 30% commission after scheduling 15 jobs. * Increase to 35% commission after scheduling 50 jobs. * Flexible hours with no base pay. * (most of our team is 1099 and they tend to make more as they have faith in their sales ability but it all depends on you!) W2 Full-Time Option (18+ Only): * $250 weekly base pay ($1,000 per month) for logging at least 25 hours per week with time-stamped route for proof ( however, If you have not made ANY sales for an extended period of time we may pause base pay, but as long as you're paying attention, trying hard and log the hours, you will make plenty sales) * Commission pay will stay at 25% for this position My name is Julian, and I am the founder and owner of Spotless Window Masters.
