As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Real Estate Coach to mentor and guide our newly licensed agents through our New Agent Coaching Program. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate professional who is passionate about leadership, training, and developing the next generation of successful agents. Position Overview As a Real Estate Coach , you will be responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting newly licensed agents as they launch their careers. You will provide structured coaching, hands-on training, and accountability to help them build confidence, master essential real estate skills, and achieve their first transactions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and facilitate structured group training sessions covering lead generation, contracts, negotiations, marketing, and client relations. * Provide one-on-one mentorship to new agents to help them develop their skills and grow their business. * Offer guidance on goal setting, time management, and business planning to ensure agent success. * Assist agents in overcoming challenges , such as client objections, deal negotiations, and transaction hurdles. * Review contracts, listings, and transaction details to ensure compliance with real estate laws and brokerage standards. * Teach agents effective lead generation strategies , including networking, digital marketing, and referral building. * Monitor agent progress and hold them accountable for their activities and performance. * Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to provide up-to-date coaching. Qualifications & Requirements: * Active real estate license in Tennessee with 3+ years of experience in real estate sales. * Strong knowledge of Middle Tennessee real estate market and transaction processes. * Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Passion for helping new agents succeed and grow in the industry. * Ability to motivate, inspire, and hold agents accountable. * Familiarity with real estate CRM systems, marketing platforms, transaction management software, and lead generation tools is a plus.
