Local high volume insurance agent looking for customer service /sales representative. Full time, Monday thru Friday, nights and weekends off. Paid holidays, sick and vacation days. Competitive pay plus commission, profit share and opportunity for growth. Seeking well organized individual with customer service, insurance or sales experience. Responsibilities * Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and face to face customer interactions * Generate sales leads * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication * Meet personal/team customer service and sales targets * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents * In office sales and maintenance of current clients * Take the extra mile to engage customers Skills * Customer service experience or experience as a sales representative * Strong people skills, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities * High energy * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Good Computer and phone handling skills * Reliable, friendly, polite, with a good sense of humor * property and casualty Insurance licensed. Candidates must pass background check.
