Learn more: [please apply online] What You'll Do: * Be the first point of contact for prospective clients answering inquiries, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations. * Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to understand client needs, vision, and budget. * Present detailed proposals and design concepts, working closely with our project management and design teams. * Follow up diligently and manage leads through the entire sales pipeline using CRM tools. * Develop long-term client relationships built on trust, communication, and an eye for design. * Collaborate with marketing to generate new business opportunities and referral networks. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, remodeling, design, or luxury goods/services. * Polished communication skills you know how to listen actively, present ideas clearly, and close with confidence. * Strong organizational and time management abilities you can juggle multiple leads and projects with grace. * Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM software, Google Workspace, and presentation tools. * A collaborative team player who values integrity, quality, and client satisfaction. * Background in construction, architecture, or interior design is a strong plus but not required.
