Job Description

: NCDG Realty & Property Management is seeking a professional who is holding Real Estate License in state of Ohio and detail-oriented Full-Time Rental Property Field Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling showings, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, property inspections and ensuring the overall upkeep of properties. This role requires flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed, based on scheduled showings and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Schedule and conduct showings for rental properties.
• Perform detailed move-in and move-out inspections.
• Schedule property inspections for occupied properties.
• Maintain property upkeep and reporting.
• Utilize computer systems for scheduling and communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism during all interactions.

Requirements

:

• Ohio Real Estate License is required
• Active driver's license (required).
• Must be professional, articulate, and computer-savvy.
• Ability to follow a business casual dress code.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work after 5-6 PM and over weekends if needed.
• Willingness to drive extensively across Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati areas.
• Real estate license preferred but not required.
