Wireless Account Trainee Responsibilities: * Engage with customers face-to-face to provide tailored solutions before, during, and after the sales process * Effectively communicate product and service offerings to potential clients * Develop and refine negotiation skills to close sales and build strong customer relationships * Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and strategy discussions to master business development techniques * Provide the most successful customer service throughout the sales process * Collaborate with client management to improve sales strategies and customer outreach Wireless Account Trainee Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business, marketing, or sales is a plus) * Background in sales, customer service, marketing, or business-related fields * Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others * Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor * A proactive mindset with a desire to grow beyond an entry-level role * Willingness to learn and implement new sales strategies for customer engagement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
