[please apply online] Applewood Ranch- 6175 W Loop 1604S SA, TX 78252 Medio Springs Ranch- 1530 Marbach Oaks SA, TX 78245 Woodlawn Ranch- 330 W Cheryl SA, TX 78228 Job Duties: Completes all actions associated with the leasing of apartment community homes to prospective residents including: * Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office * Present community amenities, unit availability options, execute leasing contracts, and give property tours to prospective tenants * Communicate resident concerns to the Community Director and maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Director * Completes ongoing industry training Minimum Requirements: * 6 months customer service experience * Team player with positive attitude * Goal oriented and solution focused * High School or GED required * Bilingual skills are a plus!
