Real Estate Assistant Our Clintonville agency is looking to add a part-time Real Estate Assistant to our staff. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our agents and other office staff. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be detail oriented. Experience in an office environment, especially in residential or commercial real estate, is beneficial. This is a great opportunity for you to gain experience in the real estate industry and work with a great team of professionals. 20 hours per week. $18 per hour Duties and Responsibilities * Answer phones and manage the front reception desk * Maintain all necessary files and documents for the office * Post active property listings on our social media accounts on a daily basis * Schedule property showings and open houses * Prepare promotional cards for home listings and sales * Oversee scheduling for afternoon and weekend shifts Requirements and Qualifications * Demonstrated office and customer service experience * Strong organizational skills * Ability to multi-task * Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher etc), design software such as Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram). * Dependability Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No nights Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Real estate administrative: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
