Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text. * Create quotations based on customer needs and inquiries. * Process orders accurately and efficiently. * Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, and any outstanding questions. * Maintain a positive and professional attitude while managing customer interactions. * Assist customers with general inquiries and provide excellent customer support at all times.
