Manage prospecting efforts to set qualified appointments for Sales Representatives, including research, cold calls, phone calls, preparing meeting folders, and handling objections. 2. Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including prospecting activities, contact details, and calendar management. 3. Conduct employee measurements using sizing kits. 4. Safely drive to appointments, cold calls, and other related activities. 5. Represent Service Uniform with professional techniques, marketing efforts, and customer relations. 6. Participate in company meetings and adhere to safety and housekeeping standards. 7. Perform additional duties as assigned. *Requirements: - Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current insurance. - Strong prospecting skills: researching, qualifying, presenting, handling objections, and negotiating. - Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce). - Time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. - Self-motivated, honest, and respectful demeanor. *Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary: $47,500 + commissions (average OTE: $59,460+). - $625 monthly auto allowance, laptop, cell phone, Salesforce CRM, and samples provided. - Professional attire provided. - Benefits: MED/DEN/VIS/LIFE after 60 days, 401K + match after 1 year, 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year.
