* Our client, a Plastics Foam Manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team within the division of Building Products. * In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will manage multiple Sales Representatives in different assigned territories. Responsibilities: * Manage team of Sales Representatives in multiple state territory * Assist in the development of sales team * Prospect new customers * Forecast and track key account metrics including sales forecasts, results and annual forecast projections * Monitor competition market trends related to pricing products * Work in conjunction with other departments to solve customer issues Qualifications: * 5+ years of proven experience in a Sales/Management position (building products industry or related industry preferred) * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Related Field * Must be based in the state of Georgia for full consideration for this position * Must be open to 50% travel to multiple state territory to manage and develop sales team Compensation: * Base salary to 90k/year * 20% Bonus * Full Benefits Package INDMANUF
