Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales growth and developing client relationships. This role requires a blend of marketing skills, a strong background in elementary education or exceptional education, and excellent sales abilities. This position is perfect for those with a background in exceptional education or related field who enjoys working with a supportive team of educators, talking to parents about their children and/or schools about their students. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. * Develop and maintain relationships with business and schools to opportunities drive sales through proactive outreach and networking. * Understand the needs of our clients * Understand the services and products we offer * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that support sales efforts. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Qualifications * Proven experience in education as a teacher of elementary education, exceptional education, or similar field * Strong organizational abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Experience in conducting presentations effectively * A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Previous experience in sales is a plus Join us as we strive for excellence where your contributions will positively impact the educational goals of children!
