Summary As a Real Estate Team Leader at Signal Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team to success while delivering exceptional service to your clients. Our founding member is looking for a partner to help expand the team, implement systems, grow existing programs. and more. We are looking for the right person who will use this position to not only accelerate their own growth but help to accelerate team growth as well. Responsibilities * Help to lead and manage a team of real estate professionals, fostering a collaborative environment. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and client satisfaction. * Oversee the buying and selling processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms. * Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in customer service and sales techniques. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Requirements * Proven experience in real estate sales or management, with a strong understanding of the local market. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. * In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.
