Overview

: As an Aflac Insurance Agent , you'll be an independent contractor responsible for driving new business, serving clients, and providing essential insurance products to individuals and businesses. You'll have the opportunity to create your own schedule, work independently, and earn commissions based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients through marketing, networking, and referrals.
• Consultative Sales: Assess clients' needs and recommend Aflac products tailored to them, explaining benefits and helping with decision-making.
• Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients to provide ongoing service, answer questions, and support their needs.
• Product Knowledge & Training: Participate in Aflac's comprehensive training programs to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales strategies.
• Sales & Reporting: Achieve sales targets through direct sales efforts, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. What We 're Looking For:
• Self-Motivation & Drive: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your success. You'll need the motivation to generate leads, close sales, and set your own schedule.
• Strong Communication Skills: Comfort in presenting and selling insurance products to individuals and business owners.
• Sales Experience (Preferred, but Not Required): Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but we also welcome individuals eager to learn.
