                Full description of the position
Business Development Representative Business Development Representative will assist in all facets of the sales process including lead generation, presentations, contracts, and product deployments. Responsibilities: * Source new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts. * Identify trends and create strategies to develop new sales opportunities. * Understand customer needs and requirements. * Use creative strategies and out-of-the-box techniques to identify business value, quote prices, compare options, and provide cost justification to close opportunities. * Research accounts and follow-through on leads. * Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce). * Identify decision-makers, qualify needs, present relevant value, and overcome barriers. * Increase satisfaction, build referrals, strengthen brand identity, and grow customer loyalty to the company through your interaction with prospects and customers. * Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Desire to learn from senior level sales executives. * Excellent communication skills are required. * Bilingual-Spanish is a plus but not required as we do have a LATAM division.
